RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. OVERVIEW
At Time Traveler Toys and Collectibles, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items purchased through our store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In the same condition as received — unused, unplayed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all included accessories, inserts, and seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, or sealed card products
- Digital codes or downloadable content that has been revealed or redeemed
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling by the customer
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition different from how they were received.
- If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
6. EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for the same item if it arrived defective or damaged. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order once your refund is processed.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at timetravelew@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge to you.
