- Estimated Delivery: 3 to 8 business days within the United States
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

9. TRADING CARDS AND SEALED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of collectible card games and sealed products:
- We do not guarantee the contents of any sealed booster pack, box, or lot
- Opened or revealed card products are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for card condition variations inherent to the manufacturing process
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our store including but not limited to logos, product descriptions, images, and text is the property of Time Traveler Toys and Collectibles or its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our store without prior written permission.
