SHIPPING POLICY


1. OVERVIEW

At Time Traveler Toys and Collectibles, we are committed to getting your games, cards, and collectibles to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.


2. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. SHIPPING COST

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders
  • No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping
  • No hidden fees will be added to your order at checkout for standard shipping

4. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, severe weather, or federal holidays
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at timetravelew@gmail.com.


7. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your orders. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location, package size, and weight. Available carriers may include:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.


8. PACKAGING

We take extra care in packaging all orders, especially trading cards and collectibles, to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Trading cards are typically sleeved and placed in rigid protective packaging where applicable.


9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at timetravelew@gmail.com or +1 (423) 482-1368. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at timetravelew@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution
  • We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing due to theft or circumstances beyond our control

11. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at timetravelew@gmail.com
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.


12. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or operational disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Federal holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays, special events)
